Kesar Pista Lassi (No Sugar, Satvik)
A creamy, refreshing, and completely sugar-free lassi made with soaked saffron, cardamom, jaggery, and thick curd — this drink is perfect for Sawan fasts, summer heat, or just a chilled sattvic sip.
📝 Ingredients
- 1 cup thick curd
- 1 tsp jaggery (adjust to taste)
- 6–8 pistachios, chopped
- A few saffron strands (soaked in warm water)
- Pinch of cardamom powder

- Add curd, pistachios, soaked saffron, jaggery, and cardamom to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and thick. No water or ice cubes needed.
- Pour into a serving glass. Garnish with more saffron or chopped nuts.
