Kesar Pista Lassi (No Sugar, Satvik)

A creamy, refreshing, and completely sugar-free lassi made with soaked saffron, cardamom, jaggery, and thick curd — this drink is perfect for Sawan fasts, summer heat, or just a chilled sattvic sip.

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick curd
  • 1 tsp jaggery (adjust to taste)
  • 6–8 pistachios, chopped
  • A few saffron strands (soaked in warm water)
  • Pinch of cardamom powder

👩‍🍳 Method

  1. Add curd, pistachios, soaked saffron, jaggery, and cardamom to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick. No water or ice cubes needed.
  3. Pour into a serving glass. Garnish with more saffron or chopped nuts.
  4. Enjoy chilled — perfect for fasting or a calm, cooling moment.
