Quick Coconut Pistachio Ladoo
Festivals are sweet, but your prep doesn’t have to be sticky. These laddoos come together faster than your cousin’s RSVP. π
Whether you forgot dessert or just want a quick win, these creamy coconut pistachio laddoos have your back. With just a few ingredients and zero stress, they’re perfect for Raksha Bandhan or any moment that needs a little sweetness (read: most of August).
πΏ Ingredients
- 1 tsp ghee
- 100 g desiccated coconut (+ extra for coating)
- 1/4 cup condensed milk (adjust for sweetness)
- Chopped pistachios
- Cardamom powder
π Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add the desiccated coconut.
- Roast lightly — no browning! Just enough to release the aroma.
- Add condensed milk, and stir until it all comes together.
- Add cardamom powder and chopped pistachios. Mix well.
- Let the mixture cool a bit, then roll into laddoos.
- Coat each one in coconut, garnish with pistachio and ready to serve!

- Use fresh coconut if you're fancy — but desiccated works great for speed.
- Don’t overcook the mix, or it’ll dry out.
- Shape laddoos while the mix is warm for best results.
